Remote Recruitment Coordinator Contract Worker

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Post, manage & monitor job postings on Indeed & LinkedIn. Pre-filter applicants for our HR dept based on criteria provided (5-8 hours/week).
• Manage & monitor our socials accounts, posting fresh content, increasing our brand recognition, and strengthening our client awareness.
• Award submissions – prepare & submit applicable award submissions with coordination & content from our in-house team.
• Post in-house Top40 announcements via our HR software, SageHR, and email (e.g. holidays, townhalls, fun posts)
• Website updates
