About The Role

We are currently seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria
• Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner
• Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms
• Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline
• Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes
• Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date
