Remote Research Recruiter

We are looking for a Research Recruiter & Database Developer who has the skills and know-how to develop our panel of research participants, as well as successfully recruit/find new participants for focus groups, interviews, online surveys, and other research opportunities. This is an entry-level position in market research with a clear career path. You will initially be responsible for developing our panel of research participants and taking it to the next level. After that, you will be involved and share responsibilities of all phases of the recruitment process as well as research initiatives to grow our recruiting practice while learning about market research, strategy and innovation. We need a can-do attitude to problem-solve and strategize recruiting campaigns. You must also be a great listener to find out quickly if participants are a great fit for our studies.
