You will be the first voice for people calling a growing law firm. Your job is to turn inquiries into scheduled consults and new client engagements, and to do it with empathy, speed, and discipline.

What you will do:
You will answer inbound calls and lead the conversation with confidence and care. You will call leads back fast and follow up until the next step is booked or the file is properly closed. You will explain our process, set expectations, and schedule qualified meetings. You will document every interaction in our CRM, clearly and immediately. You will protect the client experience by staying calm, professional, and precise, especially in emotional situations.
