What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Guide Agile development teams in adopting and refining Scrum practices
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful and time-boxed
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive discussions and improvement initiatives
