Job Description

TripleTen is seeking a dynamic Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to lead its LATAM sales team remotely. In this role, you'll manage and motivate a diverse team of sales specialists, ensuring sales quotas are met while providing coaching and guidance. 
The position requires proficiency in Spanish and significant sales management experience. Offered compensation includes a base salary of 1700 USD gross plus commissions, with an overall payment of up to 3000 USD gross per month.
