Requirements:
Education: Electronic Engineer or Industrial Engineer
English 80%.
Experience: 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality and processes electronic and automotive. (Essential)
Knowledge : QCP, APQP, FMEA, 8 D. - SPC, DMAIC, NPI. - Lean Six Sigma, Green or black belt certification.
Elaboration of quality reports to client.
Browse their processes and production areas.
Repair Process, SMT, PTH, Test Process, Final Inspection, OBA. - Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 standard and IATF 16949.
Responsabilities:
Compliance with customer requirements.
Receiving corrective actions and ensure their response time.
Lead the continuous improvement process by identifying key gauges, Quality Auditors handle. Positive, proactive, Leadership, problem solving ability, technical and assertive communication, responsibility, teamwork, management of continuous improvement.
