Requirements
+ ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and expertise with ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
+ 7 plus years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies across all key current programs and prospective customers.
+ A strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
+ Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
+ ITIL certification and best practices experience.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
+ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience
