Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Assistant to support our logistics and shipping operations. This role involves coordinating shipping documentation, following up with customers and vessels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling documentation and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on Proforma Invoices (P/Invoice) with customers to ensure timely confirmation and payment.
• Coordinate and follow up on vessel stamp endorsements and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit MD Forms in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
