**Description**:**Requirements**:- Bilingual (Spanish & English) B2 - C1- Strong background in AWS, APIs, and Microservices.
- Full-stack knowledge: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JWT authentication.
- Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Cloud computing & DevOps practices exposure.
- Familiarity with banking/financial services software (preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and API integrations (plus).
**Job Duties**:- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deploy fixes and enhancements.
- Work on automation solutions for incident management and system monitoring.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document resolution steps.
