We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Staffing Coordinator
to support our remote staffing operations. This is a
fully remote role
, working on
Pacific Standard Time (PST)
. Preference is given to candidates
registered in the Philippines
with prior experience in recruitment or staffing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end staffing activities, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and reports
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
Support onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
Assist with workforce planning and staffing fulfillment based on client needs
Ensure timely and organized candidate placements
