Remote Talent Partner — Tech Hiring & Sourcing

LatamCent is looking for a Talent Partner to lead recruitment across various industries. This remote position requires 3-5+ years of experience and fluency in English (C1 or C2). Responsibilities include interviewing a high volume of candidates and managing client expectations effectively.

The offer includes a compensation of OTE: $34,000/year, PTO after 3 months, education stipends, and the flexibility of working from anywhere in Latin America.
