Founded by repeat entrepreneurs (Kumospace), we launched our AI-powered recruiting marketplace in June 2025 and have just under 100 employer partners (with over 75% AI-native companies). We run Match Days every week where pre-screened elite engineers receive competing offers from innovative companies, pre-seed to Series D, across NYC and SF.
