Overview

Responsibilities

Design and documentation of low voltage systems , including:

• Structured cabling (voice/data networks)
• Access control
• Audio/visual (A/V)
• CCTV / security systems
• Wireless infrastructure

Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and IT teams.

Prepare drawings, specifications, and detailed layouts for low voltage systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC, etc.).

Review submittals and support construction administration when required.

Qualifications

• RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification preferred (not mandatory but highly valued). ...
