Job Description

A technology services provider is seeking a Customer Care Representative – Tier II to be the primary escalation point for complex customer and network-related issues. This remote role requires strong hands-on network troubleshooting experience and proficiency with Kalix, Cambium, and Mikrotik platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide clear guidance to both technical and non-technical customers. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
