Remote Traffic Manager for Creative Studio

Superside is looking for a Traffic Manager to ensure our creative teams are staffed effectively and projects run smoothly. Embedded within the studio, you’ll connect the right talent to the right work, balancing speed, quality, and team capacity.

You’ll partner closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Producers to keep workflows efficient, teams supported, and delivery on track

What you’ll do

• Assign creative resources daily based on skillset, seniority, and availability.
• Run stand-ups to assess workload, priorities, and incoming requests.
• Identify capacity gaps and resourcing risks before they impact delivery.
• Partner with Resource Operations to source additional talent when needed.
• Monitor utilization and workload distribution to ensure balanced, sustainable output.
