CinRetta is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Communication & Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our client's guests, delivering prompt, friendly, and accurate support via phone, email, and chat.
This is a remote contractor position managed by CinRetta. You will work directly with one of our US-based clients in the short-term rental/property management industry. We are looking for someone reliable, responsive, and committed to ensuring seamless guest communication coverage.
Work Schedule
- Thursday – Monday (CST)
- Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST (7 AM - 3 PM Philippine Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms
