Remote Web Development Account Executive

Growth Troops is looking for an experienced Account Executive in Santiago to acquire new clients and expand relationships within a fast-growing web-development studio. The role includes outreach to digital-first brands, translating business objectives into project proposals, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in web-development agency sales, a proven track record of closing deals exceeding USD 100 K, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with modern development stacks like React or Next.js is a plus.
