Remote Wedding & Event Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a voice for their thriving event venue, helping ensure every potential booking receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience from the very first interaction. This role sits at the center of the customer journey, from answering inquiries about dream weddings and special events to following up with leads and helping convert interest into confirmed bookings. You’ll work closely with the business owner to support daily operations, maintain organized systems, and create seamless client experiences that drive referrals and repeat business.
