THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a dynamic, global business with state-of-the-art offices based in the Sydney CBD. They are looking for an experienced Remuneration Consultant to join their team to support the Head of HR. This role is a short-term 2-month contract role.
THE ROLE
This role will see you support all aspects remuneration advice within a key division of the business from full annual remuneration review, job grading and pricing, design of STI and LTI plans including profit share to ad hoc projects. You will provide essential advice to the HR team across the business to ensure that the reward policies are meeting business objectives.
THE CRITERIA
