Nurse/Midwife/AHP - Alice Springs
Base Salary: $108,225 - $115,615 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $132,286 - $140,712 (p.a.)*
Full-Time, Continuous Contract

Role Description
The Renal Care Coordinator works collaboratively with Aboriginal clients and health professionals to provide culturally safe multidisciplinary and integrated care services for clients with complex chronic conditions of end-stage renal disease requiring haemodialysis.
