Renewals Analyst

InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a
Renewals Analyst
to join our Commercial team. This role is key to ensuring business continuity and revenue retention by managing the negotiation and execution of client renewals. You'll work with clients across the globe and collaborate closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand each client's situation prior to their renewal date.
• Lead and manage the negotiation of annual license renewals.
• Identify the best contact strategy for each client, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
