About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Admin to join our team at CopierOnline Philippines Inc'. In this full-time position based in 165 Kamias Road, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks and processes related to our equipment rental operations.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and process equipment rental requests and bookings
- Communicate with customers to address any rental-related inquiries or issues
- Prepare and send rental invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage the rental equipment inventory, including tracking returns and maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the wider operations team and leads the logistics team
