Job Description
This position is to manage a team of Rental Agents (currently 5)but will also be responsible for doing her/his own rental deals and recruit for new rental agents to grow the team.
- Manage and grow rentals and property management in the Company's Cape Town offices (Atlantic Seaboard and Southern Suburbs)
- Achieve regional rental targets, expenditure and profit targets on an annual basis – targets to be agreed upon
- Achieve regional property management targets, expenditure and profit targets on an annual basis – targets to be agreed upon
- Recruit and develop a high performing rental and property management team as needed in order to achieve the above objectives
- Finalise, implement and manage systems, to be agreed by the board of directors including but not limited to: Systems, processes and procedures (TPN, Agreements, etc) Payprop, inspections, maintenance teams (Vetting, ...
