A well-established client based in Cape Town is seeking a Rentals Superintendent with experience in general maintenance and Electrical qualification to join their team.

Requirements include:

•2 years plumbing experience

•2 years carpentry experience

•2 years painting experience

•Must have a wireman’s license

•Must have experience in signing off COC’s (Not negotiable)

•Must have Electrical Qualification (Not negotiable)
