Rep II, Customer Serv Ops (US Healthcare)

**POSITION SUMMARY**



This role is responsible for managing inbound fax lines to sort and process documents efficiently and accurately, and initial and on-going communication through Outbound calls with doctors and providers to pursue valid prescription orders and/or medical records for order fulfillment. The representative will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from our Physician Support/Processing leadership team.



**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**



**Reviews documents to determine validity; scans documents efficiently and accurately**



**Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database.**



**Manages assigned fax inbox to correspond with appropriate teammates.**



**Provides excellent customer service while communicating with provider offices and teammates.**
