**Role Summary**
The Repair & Calibration Cell Lead is responsible for the efficient daily operation and long-term planning of the calibration and repair cell. This role drives performance of cell‑level KPIs, ensures compliance with ISO17025/DAkkS standards, and supports both internal and external customer requirements. The Cell Lead manages and motivates a team of technicians, oversees job prioritization, ensures timely execution of planned work, and partners closely with the Quality Head and Lab Manager to uphold quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
