Repair and Maintance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attends to employee's inquiries, complaints and requests
• Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance to safety, time duration and budget.
• Work with the team to periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs.
• Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the building.
• Work with the team to conducts daily inspection and maintenance check-up of all equipment's such as air-conditioning units, booster water pump, including control panel board. Monitoring of all plugged equipment to be turned off after office hours before leaving the building.
• Perform other assignments/ duties that may be assigned by the management.
• On call during emergency situations.
• Have a positive working attitude, honest, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking and courteous to both internal and external customers
