Job Responsibilities
 Part II
Possession of a technology diploma in electronics or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful and progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient technical expertise with demonstrated application

Good time management skills and ability to prioritize challenging schedules

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Maintain positive working relationships with other team members

Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S/6S techniques

Knowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS, etc.)

Proactive issue identification and problem solving skills.
