Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Repair Engineer to join our team on a 6‑month rolling contract, working 40 hours per week and based on‑site in Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity to support technically complex repair development activities within a global engineering environment, contributing to capability growth across a diverse component portfolio.

In this role, you will assess and investigate non‑conforming components, support the development and amendment of repair schemes, and contribute to implementing technical improvements both internally and across partner repair facilities.
