Job Description
The Repair Engineer will be responsible for developing, industrializing, and supporting capability setups and repair solutions for a Part 145 MRO shop. This role ensures the shop can support new repair capabilities in compliance with airworthiness regulations, OEM standards, and customer requirements—enabling cost-effective, reliable, and regulatory-compliant repair solutions.
What You Can Expect Of The Job
You'll lead technical setup for new repair capabilities, including equipment selection, tooling requirements, test bench specifications, and process flow definition.
You'll develop and implement qualification plans, first article inspections, and process validations.
You'll support capital equipment justification, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for new capability projects.
You'll ensure compliance with Part 145, OEM, and regulatory requirements during the establishment of capability.
