Repair Engineer

Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Provide guidance and advice to the chargehands and technicians to ensure repair of the equipment are done accordingly to NOV repair specification and procedure. To ensure all equipment are tested as per NOV test procedure or fat documents with the presence of customer representative. To ensure all upgrades and PIBs are implemented on the repaired equipment. To ensure all necessary aftermarket repair forms (d9 documents) are used for the repair process. Communicate and liaise with engineering / qc engineer on any related issue pertaining to repair procedure / upgrades / implementation of PIBs and testing procedure. Communicate and liaise with internal machine shop and/or vendors on repair scope of work and necessary WPS etc. for their submission of quotation to NOV Compilation of inspection reports and final reports for all repaired / overhauled equipment.
