Repair Maintenance Technician

Summary

/Objective:Responsible for setup, maintaining, testing, adjusting, and supporting manufacturing machinery and machinery processes, which could include dies and molds. Will provide preventative maintenance on any problematic manufacturing issues and process equipment if necessary, as well as troubleshoot on a wide spectrum of tooling and production equipment.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

Coordinate assigned PM tasks with manufacturing to minimize machine downtime while maintaining a minimum of 90% OTD.

Support theMaintenance Supervisor or Engineering on projects related to equipment and/or equipment upgrades.

Occasionally perform light machining and basic electrical control repairs.

Utilize Solution Center Tools Level 1 to communicate manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved on the production floor.

Assemble and debug new tooling.

Troubleshoot and maintain current tooling.
