Job Description:Position: Engineering Manager, Repair ProductsDirect Manager: Product Director, Repair ProductsLocation: Monterrey, MexicoJob Description/ Summary:- Assisting Product Director with Developing Product Specifications / Test Standards- Facilities and Personnel Management- Ability to manage and adapt to multiple automotive product lines and work streams- New Product Development, Launches (NPI), Identifying & Resolving Technical Issues- Support Production as assigned with technical analysis, cost reduction, consolidation, design revisions and product validation testing.
- Project Management and Project Tracking- Executive Reporting and Dash boarding- Assist with the Creation of New Controlled Documents to Drive Progress- Interface with purchasing, manufacturing facilities.Local (USA) and abroad- Develop internal timelines and ensure projects meet customer and/or internal timelines.
