Position Overview

International Motors’ Used Truck Reconditioning Center is seeking a motivated Repair Technician Associate to join our expanding team. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventative maintenance (PM), diagnostics, and repair work on pre-owned Class 8 and light- to medium-duty trucks being prepared for resale across our nationwide network of 15 Used Truck Centers.
You will work on a wide range of critical vehicle systems—including air brakes, HVAC, cooling systems, electrical components, and onboard diagnostics—ensuring each unit meets strict safety, quality, and performance standards.
This position is ideal for candidates with developing experience in diesel, truck, or automotive repair who are eager to grow their technical skills. Individuals with exposure to Class 8 diagnostics, engine rebuilding, and dealer management systems will find this role especially rewarding.
