Repair Technician

In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service is key to build clients loyalty to the Louis Vuitton brand. Under the supervision of the Care Service Team Manager, the Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, luggage and trunks, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality specifications and guidelines
• Achieve qualitative repair work within time frame settled by company standard
• Detail oriented with all aspects of the production process
• Ability to work in sewing, painting and cutting as necessary
• Ability to work with manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
