Repairs and Maintenance Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent technical experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity handling tradesmen or foremen. Experience managing contractors is an advantage.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• High regard for quality assurance and safety compliance.
