Repairs and Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. They paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems.

Specific Role

• Accept repair instruction from officer and execute with quality and on time
• Report encounter concerns on the specific assigned store visit
• Suggest and comment base on the knowledge

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
