We are looking for a qualified Repairs Manager to join our Dublin Repairs Team on a Permanent basis.

If you are an experienced lift engineer ready to step into a leadership role this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead major lift repair projects, manage field engineers and subcontractors, and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be responsible for:

Plan & Execute Repairs: Coordinate and schedule lift repair jobs to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Ensure parts and documentation are ready before the job starts.

Lead a Team: Supervise and support a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing training and mentoring to drive performance and development.

Deliver Results: Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, quality expectations, and budget targets. Conduct site audits and follow up...
