Replacement of Damaged Emergency Exit Panic Bars at B1 Staircase, Ground Floor Staircase, and 34th Floor Swimming Pool Pump Room.

Location: Tamweel Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The contractor shall supply, remove, install, test, and commission new emergency exit panic bar systems for the emergency exit steel doors located at the B1 Staircase, Ground Floor Staircase and 34th Floor Swimming Pool Pump Room.

• Site inspection and verification of all affected emergency exit doors.


• Removal and disposal of existing damaged and non-functional panic bars, push bars, handles, and associated accessories.
