Replanting Executive

We are looking for a hands-on, data-aware Replanting Executive to support and execute oil palm replanting programmes across our plantations. This role is ideal for a plantation professional who understands on-ground realities and is ready to work closely with our GIS & technical teams to ensure replanting activities are well-planned, tracked, compliant, and future-ready.
If you have strong estate exposure, proven replanting execution experience, and are comfortable working with maps, data, and structured reporting, this role is for you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Replanting Operations
Plan, coordinate, and execute oil palm replanting programmes in line with annual targets
Monitor land clearing, lining, holing, planting, and early-stage immature upkeep
Ensure replanting activities meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations
GIS & Data Collaboration
Work closely with the GIS team to validate replanting blocks, boundaries, acreage, and progress
