s :Assist the operational team in monitoring and identifying indications of replanting performance decline.
Analyze issues and root causes leading to replanting performance not meeting expected targets in terms of quantity and quality, alongside the operational team.
Provide recommendations for technical improvements to ensure replanting processes meet company standards.
Offer new ideas to enhance replanting performance, including mechanization, new technology, and innovative work methods.
Act as a partner to the operational team, discussing replanting issues.
Execute field observation and diagnostic programs for underperforming replanting areas if needed, aiming to identify field conditions and locate sources of issues.
Share knowledge with the operational team to enhance replanting knowledge and skills in the field.
