Replenishment Planner 1 (Santiago)

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job

For his/her subsidiary, ensures forecasts process, performs replenishment on products with local specificities and gives visibility to sales administration in case of customer satisfaction discrepancies.

Main Accountabilities

• Prepares S&OP; meeting for local subsidiary by challenging Marketing team on forecasts changes and products Phase In/Phase Out, through monthly local demand review
• Challenge forecast accuracy of the subsidiary in cooperation with regional demand manager
• Performs replenishment and stock management on local flows (Equipment& Spare Part, mono lot & Make-to-Order and local OEM products) in coordination with replenishment manager and logistic referent
• Manage communication about product availabilities and warehouse activity in case of delay in the subsidiary, in coordination with sales admin team, replenishment planners and logistic referent
