Job Description
Role Purpose
The Metrics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that CBSM's operational performance reporting across APAC is accurate, consistent, and insight-led . This role owns the quality, discipline, and narrative standard of monthly and quarterly performance presentations produced by country and operations teams.
The role ensures reporting moves beyond data description to clear diagnosis, root cause analysis, and action-oriented management insight. By governing how performance is analyzed and communicated, the role enables faster decision-making, stronger executive alignment, and sustained improvement in productivity, service quality, customer experience, and cost-to-serve.
