To rigorously evaluate reports for accuracy, completeness, and integrity; to identify errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported claims without compromise; and to enforce established standards so that only clear, defensible, and high-quality work is approved for release.

To protect organizational credibility by enforcing strict review standards and approving only reports that are accurate, defensible, and decision ready.
