Specific position: Reporting Analyst (Mid-Level)

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule due to business needs
• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• At least 3 years of experience in Reporting or Data Analyst role, specifically within a BPO environment: Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.g., Productivity, Quality, AHT, and Shrinkage)
• Advanced Excel: Must be an expert in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Visualization: Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for pulling data is a plus.
