Reporting Analyst – Financial Services
As Reporting Analyst, you will join a high performing and best-in-class Hudson Talent Solutions team, where your main responsibility will be to understand and analyze the recruitment processes to enable proficient information management. Reporting support will be primarily with distributing and maintenance of existing reports including dashboards and analysis which will enhance the way decision making takes place in Talent Acquisition teams and client Human Resources functions. End-user training and working closely with other members of the reporting team will be an important part of this role.
What you'll do:
Support the migration of Hudson Talent reporting suite to the client's Recruitment/HR system.
Scope and produce ad-hoc reports as required, while also designing and producing standard reports using Avature or BI tools to support operational needs.
