Seeking an experienced Reporting Data Analyst to support enterprise reporting, data warehousing, analytics, and insurance data initiatives within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise data warehousing, reporting, Workers Compensation, insurance data interpretation, Guidewire systems, SQL, dimensional modeling, and reporting architecture. This role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise insurance data, translating complex business processes into reporting structures, ensuring accurate data lineage, validating enterprise reporting outputs, and supporting analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
