Reporting Executive

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate operational and management reports to support business decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site night shift position based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from multiple departments and systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports.
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain and update reporting dashboards and trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support management by providing insights and ad-hoc reports as required.
