Reporting Specialist

As a HR Reporting Specialist you are responsible for aggregating sensitive HR data, generating insightful reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support HR initiatives. Information provided is used widely through the organization allowing business leaders to effectively make decisions that support reaching business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented to ensure a high level of accuracy in reporting, with strong analytical skills and is familiar with HR Information Systems (preferable Oracle HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a primary analytics and reporting specialist for the HR function by developing and modifying standard reports; designing, running and maintaining ad hoc queries.
